Joy Machines Bike Shop

Joy Machines, established in 2011 by two Ohio City residents, operates as a locally owned, full-service bicycle shop dedicated to sales, repairs, and especially to supporting customers who rely on bikes for everyday transportation. The team welcomes Spanish-speaking riders and emphasizes practical, commuter-friendly cycling solutions.

Founder Alex Nosse—now sole owner—grew up on Cleveland’s Near West Side and still lives near the shop with his family and two small dogs. A committed advocate of car-free living for more than two decades, he guides Joy Machines with a focus on community, sustainability, and accessible urban mobility.
